What matching reads

Five things, and only these five: your budget, the dates you need, the location you need, the unit type, and whether the lease is available when you are.

That set is closed. Adding a sixth is a product decision somebody has to make on purpose, not something that happens quietly.

Why you can tell

Matching never reads race, colour, religion, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, familial status, disability, age, or anything standing in for them.

It does not read your name, your photograph, your language, or the neighbourhood you came from. It cannot, because those values are not inputs to it.

Listing copy is reviewed for language that steers, and a decline reason is chosen from a fixed list rather than typed. If you think a listing or a decline crossed the line, report it.
